| Abstract(J) | 消費者レビューは、企業やその商品に関心のある潜在的顧客に必要なデータであり、次期商品開発における重要な情報源である。本研究は、品質機能展開(QFD:Quality Function Development)を行う際に、企画品質での競合製品市場評価分析に消費者レビュー分析を用いた。 データ分析方法としては、(1)非構造化データである消費者レビューの文章の前処理(2)主なタイヤ性能用語定義(3)Google NLP APIを利用した感性分析(4)消費者評判分析結果に基づいた他社との比較, 今回の分析結果を基に、消費者の意見を反映した商品開発の適用可能性を試みた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Consumer reviews are necessary data for companies and potential customers interested in the product, and are an important source of information for the next product development.This study used consumer review data to conducting Quality Function Development (QFD), consumer review analysis was used for competing product market evaluation analysis in terms of planning quality. Data analysis methods include: (1)Pre-processing of consumer review text (2)Main tire performance term definitions (3)Sentiments analysis using Google NLP API (4)Comparison with other companies based on the results of consumer reputation analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, we attempted to apply product development that reflects consumer opinions. |
