| Abstract(J) | 2020年11月までにD-Call Net（DCN）により8例の医師派遣が実現した。2例目は従来比29分早い医師―患者接触が実現した。3例目は重症3人の事故で20分早く医師―患者接触が実現し救命に寄与した。DCNは事故の工学情報を根拠に早期に医師派遣を起動させる、救命率向上・後遺症軽減のために重要なシステムである。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Until November 2020, doctor-heli have been dispatched by DCN in eight cases. In the second case, doctor-patient contact was realized 29 minutes earlier than the conventional case. The third case was an accident involving three serious trauma patients, and doctor-patient contact was realized 20 minutes earlier than before. DCN is an important system for improving the lifesaving rate of patients and reducing the sequelae that can promptly dispatch doctors based on accident engineering information. |
