Translation |
Abstract(E) | We conducted a driving simulator experiment to investigate driver intervention during emergency manoeuvre when encountering an imminent collision risk during SAE Level 3 automated driving. As a result of suspending emergency manoeuvre due to driver intervention, both cases were observed when the collision risk decreased and increased. It was suggested that there are situations in which it is necessary to suppress the intervention, such as when the driver intervenes in steering toward adjacent vehicles. |
