| Abstract(J) | さらなる排出ガス浄化ため，高温領域でのマフラの疲労耐久性が重要となっており，これに対応した予測手法が求められている． そこで，光ファイバ式ひずみゲージを高温領域で接着する手法を開発し，高精度な検証を可能とした． また，予測手法はマフラの表面温度に応じて材料物性を設定し，実測結果と高い相関性を示している． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In order to further purify emissions, the fatigue durability of exhaust system in the high temperature range is becoming more important, and a prediction method is required to handle it. For this purpose, a method for bonding the optical fiber strain gauge in the high temperature region was developed to enable highly accurate verification. The prediction method with material properties set according to the surface temperature of the muffler shows a high correlation with the actual measurement result. |
