Abstract(J) | 価格高騰リスクや重量密度に課題のあるCuに替わる車載用強電バスバー材としてAl合金の 適用が求められている.しかしAl合金表面は絶縁性酸化物を生じるため,強電接点として用いるために表面処理が必須である.今回,量産車種への適用に向け,コストと性能課題を解決したAl合金バスバー向けNiめっきを開発したため報告する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Aluminum is needed as power busbar for electric vehicle in place of Copper, which has price hike risk and weight problem. However, Aluminum surface generates insulative oxides easily, so that Aluminum power busbar needs surface coating. This reports Nickel coating development for Aluminum busbar that solved both cost and electrical performance issues. This technique would be applied for power battery of mass-produced electric vehicle. |
