Abstract(J)	ステンレス溶射ボアに対応した厚膜水素フリーDLCコーティングを適用したピストンリングを開発した．DLCコーティングの摩耗が，摩耗粉微粒子によるアブレイシブ摩耗であることを発見し，対策としてDLCの硬度を低下させ，摺動部の局所的な面圧を下げることにより課題を解決した． Translation
Abstract(E)	A piston ring coated with FCVA（Filtered Cathodic Vacuum Arc）thick hydrogen-free DLC coating was developed for a stainless steel thermal spray coating bores. It was discovered that the wear of the DLC coating was due to abrasive wear caused by wear debris particles. This concern was resolved by decreasing the hardness of the DLC and reducing the local surface pressure of the sliding area.
