| Abstract(J) | 我々はStarrydata webシステムという独自のオープンデータベースシステムを開発し，論文中のグラフから実験データを大規模収集するプロジェクトを進めている．熱電変換材料はエンジンの排熱から電力を回収できる材料であり，環境に優しい新規材料の発見が求められている．熱電変換材料の特性は作製条件によって大きく変化するため，この変化の過程を一望できるように，3万試料以上の熱電特性の温度依存性のデータを収集した．このデータの一括プロットから熱電特性傾向の解明を試みた．また機械学習により，既知半導体のリストから新規熱電変換材料の候補をランキング形式で提案するプログラムを開発した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We have developed Starrydata web system as an original open database system. By using this, we are collecting large-scale experimental data from plot images in published papers. Thermoelectric materials recover electric power from the waste heat of the engines. We collected over temperature dependences of thermoelectric properties from over 30,000 samples, for data analysis and machine-learning, to predict the candidate thermoelectric materials from known semiconductors. |
