Abstract(J) | 小型電動車両には薄型で高トルクなモーターが要求される.本開発では圧粉コアを用い,巻線数最大化と最適3次元磁気回路により薄型高トルク化を実現した.またトルクを維持しつつ磁石とコアの形状および位置関係の最適化を行いコギングトルクの最小化を図り,小型電動車両用アキシャルギャップモーターの実用化を達成した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Compact and high-torque motor is required for small electric vehicles. In this development, a high-torque density was realized by using soft magnetic composite cores with maximizing the number of coil turns and arranging an optimum 3D magnetic circuit. Also keeping a higher level of motor torque, cogging torque was minimized with optimizing the geometry of magnets and cores, then finally the practical use of the axial gap motor for the small electric vehicles was achieved. |
