Abstract(J)	電動車の駆動用インバータにおけるパワー半導体の温度コントロール技術として，高精度の温度推定モデルを開発した．これにより，車両要求性能に応じた，モデル適用手法の標準化を確立し，電動車の車種拡大に対しても，モデル内のキーパラメーターのチューニングのみで容易に適用開発ができる技術を実現した． Translation
Abstract(E)	It has developed a highly accurate estimation model for temperature control technology of power semiconductors in traction inverters for xEV. It establishes a standardized of applying method the model according to the required performance of the vehicle, and have realized a technology that can be easily applied and developed by simply tuning the key parameters in the model, even when the number of xEV models expands.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips
