| Abstract(J) | 日産自動車は電動車両駆動用インバータの小型・軽量化を目的とし，新型EV向けに樹脂製ウォータージャケットケースを採用した．ウォータージャケットの樹脂化によりインバータケースとして約35%の軽量化を実現できた．本論文では，樹脂ウォータージャケットの技術的特長や解決した技術課題について報告する． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Aiming to weight reduction and downsizing of traction inverters for electric vehicles, Nissan introduced a water jacket case made of resin for the new electric vehicle model. By changing materials from aluminum to resin, approximately 35% weight reduction was achieved compared to a conventional aluminum water jacket. In this paper, we report its superior features of the resin water jacket and technical challenges overcome through the product development such as anti-collision structure, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and cooling performance. |
