| Abstract(J) | 近年，車外騒音規制強化によりエンジンルームからの騒音低減化が求められる一方，車両走行時のCO2削減の為，各部品への軽量化要求が一段と高くなってきている．今回，ウレタンの発泡構造最適化により，必要な吸音性能を確保しながら，既存材料よりも約10％軽量なエンジンカバー用発泡ウレタン材を開発した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Recently, both of noise reduction performance improvement and weigh reduction are required on under hood parts, in order to meet pass-by noise and CO2 reduction requirement. In line with above background, lighter formed polyurethane which can keep necessary acoustic absorption performance is developed for engine cover, via formed cell structure optimization |
