Abstract(J) | トランスアクスルのパーキング機構はAT車などの車両固定装置として安全上重要である.パーキング機構の開発では走行中の噛合い防止機能を強度評価する必要があるが,強度性能の機構解析による予測は,良好な挙動再現性が不可欠であり,隙・摩擦のモデル化の影響を受け易い.本稿で安定的な精度で解析できる技術を紹介する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | A parking lock system in a transaxle is important for safety as vehicle locking-devices such as a vehicle with automatic transmission. In development of the parking lock system, it is necessary to evaluate strength of a function of preventing locking while driving. The key is the accuracy of the behavior and it is easily affected by clearance and friction in a model predicting durability. This report introduces technologies that we propose in multibody dynamics analysis. |
