Abstract(J) | CVTチェーンにおいて,プーリ推力に対しトルク容量がリニアに増加しない現象が発生した.この現象はチェーン巻付半径の理想軌道からのずれが原因であることを,動解析と実測で確認した.軌道のずれはプーリシーブ剛性に起因しており,トルク容量の予測が可能になるとともに適切なプーリ剛性設計が可能となった. Translation |
Abstract(E) | A phenomenon occurred where the torque capacity of the CVT chain did not increase linearly in relation to pulley thrust. It was confirmed by dynamic analyses and measurements that this phenomenon was caused by deviation of the running radius of the chain from the ideal path. Deviation from the path originated from pulley sheave stiffness. This finding now makes it possible to predict the torque capacity of the chain and also to design pulleys with suitable stiffness. |
