Abstract(E) | With the aim of improving ride comfort while maintaining vehicle stability, the suspension hysteresis reduction was studied. The real usage envelope of suspension stroke and velocity during vehicle test run has been focused upon and clarified. The characteristics of parts which need improvement have been prioritized and their respective countermeasures have been derived. A case where this know-how is applied for mass production vehicle models and the target performance is confirmed. |
