| Abstract(J) | ECUは、近年高制御化に伴い熱量が増加傾向である.ドライバICを通過する電流は、ECU外部のアクチェータのR,L,Cの数値に影響される．電子回路の損失は、高精度かつ効率良く素子や負荷の等価回路を作成する課題がある．我々はこの過渡的な発熱量を解析し、高精度な半導体温度を検証できることを説明する． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The amount of heat of the ECU has been increasing with the increase in control in recent years. The current passing through the driver IC is affected by the values of R, L, and C of the actuator outside the ECU. The loss of electronic circuits has the problem of creating equivalent circuits for elements and loads with high accuracy and efficiency. We explain that high-precision semiconductor temperature can be verified by analyzing this transient power loss value. |
