| Abstract(J) | 近年、車載電子機器の高密度化伴う熱環境の悪化により設計余裕度が低下し、過渡的な熱成立設計の重要性が増している。本講演では、半導体素子の実際の熱応答特性に基づいた、高速かつ高精度に過渡熱応答を予測可能な熱モデルであるDXRCモデルを提案し、その解析精度を評価する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In recent years, the design margins have decreased due to the deterioration of the thermal environment caused by the increasing density of automotive electronic devices, and the importance of transient thermal design has increased. In this presentation, we propose the DXRC model, which is a thermal model that can predict the transient thermal response with high accuracy based on the actual thermal characteristics of the device, and evaluate its analysis accuracy. |
