| Abstract(J) | 3D燃焼シミュレーションを用い、様々なピストン冠面形状変更による熱発生挙動の変化を高精度に再現することで、耐ノック性に影響する筒内流動現象の一部が示唆された。また、その知見を元に圧縮比を上げた新形状を立案し、実機にて性能犠牲にすることなく燃費改善効果が得られることを確認した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | By using 3D combustion simulation to reproduce changes in heat release behavior due to various changes of piston crown shape with high accuracy, a part of the in-cylinder flow phenomenon affecting knock resistance was suggested. Based on this knowledge, a new shape with a higher compression ratio was designed, and it was confirmed that fuel consumption improvement effect could be obtained without sacrificing performance in the actual engine. |
