| Abstract(J) | インホイール式EV実現に向けて小型軽量のダイレクト駆動システムの開発を進めている。モータで世界トップクラスのパワー密度2.5kW/kgを実現するため，コア・コイル・磁石を全て冷却油内に浸漬し冷却効率を向上するダイレクト油冷モータを開発した。本発表では，ダイレクト油冷のコンセプトと実測結果を報告する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We are developing a small and lightweight direct-drive system towards realization in-wheel EVs. To achieve the world-class 2.5kW/kg power density of motor, we developed a direct-cooling motor that immersed core, coils and magnets in cooling oil improve cooling efficiency. In this presentation, we report the concept of direct cooling and the results of the measurement. |
