| Abstract(J) | 最新のコモンレール式ディーゼルエンジンでは,多段燃料噴射により騒音と排出ガスを制御している.パイロット噴射の最適化には吸気温度予測が重要であり,本研究では吸気バルブ閉時の筒内温度Tivcを定義し,定常運転での予測式を提案.Tivcはインマニ温度・冷却水温・出力の線形和で推定可能で,シミュレーション結果は実験と一致し,式の妥当性が確認された. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In modern common-rail diesel engines, noise and exhaust emissions are controlled through multi-stage fuel injection. For optimal pilot injection control, intake air temperature prediction is crucial. In this study, the in-cylinder temperature at intake valve closing (Tivc) is defined, and a predictive formula under steady-state operation is proposed. Tivc can be estimated as a linear combination of intake manifold gas temperature, coolant temperature, and engine output. Simulation results agree with experimental data, confirming the validity of the proposed formula. |
