Translation |
Abstract(E) | Amid growing global interest in carbon neutrality (CN), The Research Association of Automotive Internal Combustion Engines (AICE) has calculated the potential of CO2 reduction of the internal combustion engines and then has formulated a technical scenario for achieving CN in vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. In this scenario, assuming a future society in which electricity, hydrogen and CN fuel will be distributed, it is aimed to reduce CO2 emissions from internal combustion engine vehicles to virtually zero by combining the improvement of the efficiency of internal combustion engine vehicles and carbon recycle technology such as CN fuel. |
