Abstract(E) | We have developed a new CVT that achieves both fuel efficiency and power performance for compact cars. NEDC mode CO2 emissions have been reduced by 5.7g/km by adopting a new mechanism for pulley, metal pushing V-belt, and oil pump, which have large losses in CVT. This paper introduces the loss reduction method and the outline of CVT, focusing on pulley and metal pushing V-belt. |
