Abstract(J) | 実エンジン筒内の熱伝達現象を詳細に把握することを目的として,石英ガラス表面に蒸着したクロム膜からの赤外放射分布を実機エンジンで可視化した.また赤外線放射強度計測結果を熱流束センサの点計測,CFDと連成させた1次元熱伝導計算結果と比較して,高速度赤外線放射計測の優位性と問題点について確認した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In order to clarify the in-cylinder wall heat loss phenomena, visualization of flame behavior and wall surface temperature distribution was attempted in a top-view optical engine. Infrared radiation from chromium coated quartz window surface was visualized by high-speed infrared camera. Heat flux sensor measurement and CFD simulation were also conducted to compared with infrared radiation and to consider the effect of wall material difference between quartz and metal. The obtained high-speed infrared images successfully demonstrated the potential of the visualization technique for qualitative measurement of wall surface temperature distribution |
