| Abstract(E) | Currently, IPMSM is the mainstream of motors used in electric vehicles, and the role of the motor differs depending on the vehicle. Nissan has achieved a significant reduction in torque ripple in HEV motors by examining detailed dimensions through analysis. In the 2nd generation e-POWER motor, we succeeded in reducing iron loss by 38% and total motor loss by 10% by devising the shape of the rotor core derived based on the loss analysis of the motor. |
