Abstract(J)燃料噴射圧力の超高圧化によるディーゼルエンジンの熱効率向上効果は限界がある.本研究では,噴孔オフセットノズルを導入した.オフセットノズルはノズル円周に対して傾いた状態で噴孔が設置され,左右非対称の偏向した噴霧形状となり,噴霧根元部分の空気利用率向上が期待される.本研究では,単気筒ディーゼルエンジンを用いて,低負荷,高負荷条件における噴孔オフセットノズルによる燃焼改善効果を実験的に検証した.

Translation

Abstract(E)Though ultrahigh pressure fuel injection in diesel combustion can improve the thermal efficiency, this improvement is saturated. The new design nozzle, the orifice offset nozzle has been introduced. The objective of offset orifice nozzle is to improve mixture formation in order to increase thermal efficiency. The offset orifice nozzle was designed by shift orifice aliment from into the sac center to edge of sac follow swirl direction. In this study, the effect of the orifice offset nozzle on the heat release, combustion duration, emissions and heat balance were experimentally investigated under the high load condition and low load condition, using a single cylinder engine equipped with an ultrahigh pressure injection system of maximum 350 MPa.
