Abstract(J)	ショートストローク型の直噴ガソリンエンジンにおいて，熱効率に寄与するEGR率の限界(EGR限界)を向上するため，吸気ポート形状による流動の質の改善と，インジェクタの混合気分布の制御により，EGR限界を31%まで拡大した．さらに乱れ強さと点火エネルギーの強化により，EGR限界を31.8%に向上し，図示熱効率41.8%を達成した． Translation
Abstract(E)	To improve thermal efficiency of gasoline engines, effect on EGR limitation by design parameters which are air-motion, ignition energy and injection control of DI Gasoline Engine has been investigated. In this report, combination of these parameters has achieved 31.8% EGR ratio and 41.8% thermal efficiency. Furthermore, CFD result has clarified the mechanism of EGR limitation expansion from improved air-motion and mixture preparation.
