Abstract(J) | 副室ジェット燃焼方式は,超希薄燃焼を実現するために有効な技術である.本研究は,燃焼速度が速い,H2とCOを含む改質ガスを副室内で燃焼させ,主室燃焼の希薄限界を拡大することを目的とする.まず,一次元のモデルを構築し,必要の燃料噴射量,噴射時期と点火時期を調査した.そこで,調べた実験条件を,実機エンジンで評価を行い,λ=2.5の超希薄燃焼を実現し,正味効率とNOx排出濃度の目標達成が確認された. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The pre-chamber jet combustion method is an effective technology for realizing ultra-lean combustion. The purpose of this study is to extend the dilution limit of combustion in the main chamber by burning reformed gas containing H2 and CO, which has a high combustion speed in the pre-chamber. First, a one-dimensional model was constructed, and the required fuel injection amount, injection timing, and ignition timing were investigated. Therefore, the experimental conditions investigated were evaluated using a real engine, and ultra -lean combustion with λ = 2.6 was achieved, and it was confirmed that the targets for net efficiency and NOx emission concentration were achieved. |
