| Abstract(J) | 日産は，世界初の可変圧縮比システム搭載エンジンとして世に送り出したVC-TURBOエンジンに，Low Pressure Cooled EGRを組み合わせた新型KR15DDTエンジンを開発した．本報では，圧縮比とEGRの最適化を含めた燃費改善技術を中心にKR15DDTエンジンの採用技術を報告する． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In 2018, commercial production started for the KR20DDET, the world’s first engine fitted with a variable compression ratio system VCTURBO. As the second-generation VC-TURBO, Nissan has recently developed KR15DDT, a 1.5L, three-cylinder direct injection turbo engine combined with the Low Pressure Cooled-EGR system. We found the optimization of combustion on each operation condition via combination with the compression ratio and EGR ratio. KR15DDT achieves power performance with reducing environmental impact by further improvement of thermal efficiency and other aspects for application to Nissan’s core vehicle models. |
