| Abstract(E) | In the thermal design of recent electronic devices, heat dissipation through the printed circuit board is important to accommodate miniaturization. This presentation will explain the electrical circuit/thermal coupled simulation using VHDL-AMS and how to create electrical and thermal models of resistors and printed circuit boards thermal models. Model implementation in VHDL-AMS will also be explained. |
