抄録(英) | In order to ensure the safety driving of autonomous vehicles before on-road implementation, the driving performance can be evaluated by simulating various driving scenarios and calculating surrogate indicators representing dangerous collision risk. This study focused on the collision risk calculation in the driving scenario for vehicle lane-changing, because the level 3 autonomous driving vehicles should be operated in the lane-changing scenarios. Surrogate indicators were introduced that represent potential risks in the driving scenarios for lane-changing collisions. Near-miss video database was used to validate that these indicators can illustrate risk probabilities. Accoringly in the case of driving scenarios for vehicle lane-changing, dangerous situations were quantified using the surrogate indicators, and the driving safety performance of autonomous driving vehicles could be evaluated. 翻訳 |
