抄録(英) | Knocking is an important issue in improving the efficiency of spark ignition engines. It can be detected by photographing with high-speed cameras or measuring in-cylinder pressure or engine vibration or engine radiation sound. However, these methods each have the following problems. High-speed cameras can capture abnormal combustion directly, but it requires the window that can withstand high temperature and high pressure and processing of large amounts of image data. In-cylinder pressure measurement can directly yield the physical quantity of the combustion chamber, but it requires machining the engine or replacement the original device with the pressure sensor, and the measured value is easily affected by the position of the sensor. Engine vibration can be measured without machining the engine, but it is greatly affected by factors other than combustion. Furthermore, trying to measure the combustion chamber more closer to reduce the influence may easily damage the sensor due to heat and vibration. Engine radiation sound can be measured relatively easily, and it is easy to match the noise, but it is difficult to relate it to the physical phenomenon in the combustion chamber. In this paper, we propose the efficient measurement method and the effective evaluation method with the restricted measurement results for engine knocking detection by utilizing the simultaneous measurement results of knocking with a high-speed camera, multiple in-cylinder pressure sensors, multiple acceleration sensors, and multiple microphones. 翻訳 |
