適用範囲 | This standard covers the impedance equivalence test methods for automotive electrical and electronic devices and components and the circuits contained in these devices. This standard describes the determination methods for equivalence of impedance to identify relative differences in impedance before and after change. In the case of process changes for devices (PCN), and the like, it is presupposed that measurements will be conducted using the same board. With respect to the circuit blocks and the like, it also describes the test methods for the equivalence of S-parameters from the same interfaces (connectors and circuit board surfaces) to identify relative differences in the S-parameters before and after change. These equivalence tests examine equivalence by comparing the amplitude of the reflection or transmission characteristics of impedance or the S-parameters that affect EMC performance. It is mainly assumed that this standard will be used to estimate whether changes of the ECU including changes devices or components will have an impact on RF emissions and RF immunity performance. However, this standard does not include functional evaluations or performance evaluations for ESD, EOS, or the like. This standard mainly applies to the components listed in Table 1. These include passive and active devices that form noise propagation paths, as well as circuits on the boards of automotive electrical and electronic devices and components consisting of combinations of these devices. 翻訳 |
