| 抄録 | EUは循環経済政策として、リサイクル材含有義務を、バッテリーの金属と容器包装プラスチックに課したことに続き、自動車プラスチックに対しても提案している。本稿は、それによってEUで生じるプラスチックリサイクル材の需要量を試算するとともに、同等の基準を我が国で実施した場合についても試算し、今後の資源循環のあり方について考察を行った。 |
| 抄録（英） | The EU is advancing preparations to apply mandatory recycled content requirements to plastics in the automobiles as part of its circular economy policy, following similar requirements imposed on battery metals and packaging plastics. This paper estimates the demand for recycled plastics that would arise in the EU under the proposed mandatory recycled content requirements for plastics. We also performed a similar calculation for the case where equivalent standards were implemented in Japan. Efforts are underway in Japan, including the formulation of an Automotive Plastics Action Plan, and continued public-private collaboration to promote the circular economy will be required. 翻訳 |
