| 抄録 | エンジンのピストンに装着されるオイルリングの下に発生する圧力は、オイル消費に影響を及ぼす。そこで圧力測定により発生メカニズム検討およびピストン設計が及ぼす影響の調査を行った。当該部圧力は、運転条件や流入する潤滑油量などの影響を受けること、オイルリング周辺の油穴は圧力低減に有効であることが示された。 |
| 抄録（英） | Oil pressure under the oil ring,which is installed in a piston of an engine, affects lubricating oil consumption. Pressure under the oil ring was measured by optical fiber type pressure sensor in this study. Mechanism of pressure generating under the oil ring and effect of the piston design on the pressure were investigated. They were found that engine operating condition or supply oil volume under the oil ring affected pressure and oil drain holes around the oil ring were effective for pressure reduction. 翻訳 |
