抄録（英）	Metallic Partial-Flow Diesel Particulate Filter Fibers were coated using RF Sputtering with CeO2 for the purpose of catalyzing the oxidation of diesel soot particles trapped on the fibers. The coating process was a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Method using a cerium oxide target. The coated filter was then compared with the noncoated filter in terms of chemical structure with X-ray diffraction analysis and oxidation with thermogravimetric analysis using carbon black and diesel soot from a small engine. The coated filter showed it was coated with Ceria using PVD and that it could reduce the activation energy of oxidizing the soots. 翻訳

検索結果の件数が多すぎる場合など、さらに絞り込みしたいときに「検索フィルタ」を使います。各項目にチェックを入れると、その項目が含まれるデータのみに検索結果が絞り込まれます。

各項目後ろの「（）」内の数字は、その項目が含まれるデータの件数です。

著者名で検索するときは、「自動車太郎」のように、姓名をスペースで区切って入力してください。
