| 抄録 | 日本の環境基準の議論に向け，EU諸国の道路交通騒音に係る基準値の動向を調査した．各国の評価指標や法的拘束力，WHOガイドラインとの整合性を整理した結果，新設と既設道路で異なる基準を設ける等の事例などが確認された．本発表では欧州の現状を紹介し，日本の環境基準の在り方について考察する． |
| 抄録（英） | To contribute to discussions on Japanese Environmental Quality Standards for noise, this study investigates trends in road traffic noise criteria in EU countries. Assessment indicators, legal binding force, and consistency with WHO guidelines were analyzed. The survey revealed that many countries apply different criteria for new versus existing roads. This presentation introduces the current status in Europe and discusses its implications for future standards in Japan. 翻訳 |
