抄録(英) | The light, which is, emitted out of vehicles through its front and back light sources causes blurring/glares in the vehicles, which are coming in the opposite lane. In the world of ADAS/Autonomous vehicles there are multiple intelligent solutions to assist the driving under various conditions such as night driving, raining, bad weather etc. to assist the driver in multiple ways using advanced sensors such as camera, radar, LIDAR etc. However, the distinct scenarios involve the launch of high intensity lights using the Laser/LED by the attackers into the vehicle cameras/driver, which results into driving disaster. The existing sensor system or intelligent ADAS/Autonomous system lacks in recognizing the authenticity of the light source. The intention of the illegitimate light sources that is coming other than the unauthorized vehicles/streetlights ranges from causing a glaring for the driver/sensors to launch blinding attacks on the camera. The proposed solution distinguishes the legitimate light source from illegitimate ones by transmitting the digital information for authentication across the legitimate light (OEM Manufactured Head Lights/Government Installed Street Lights) using the data transmission through light technology. The proposed light source authentication by transmission of digital data from source light and verification at the destination across the light-based data transmission technology authenticates the driving conditions. 翻訳 |
