抄録(英) | When drivers fail to a Request to Intervene (RtI) issued by a level 3 (LoDA 3) of conditional driving automation, the system may consider a minimal risk maneuver (MRM) to minimize risk in scenario that the driver does not take over control in the transition phase. The purpose of this study is to investigate driver's behavioral adaptations during an automated driving level 3 system with MRM. This experiment was divided into two conditions: one in which the driver was provided with information that MRM was equipped, and the other in which the driver was not provided with information that MRM was equipped. The results of the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in driver’s behavior with and without MRM information. However, the results indicated that some drivers may modify their driving behaviors in response to new information pertaining to MRM. 翻訳 |
